Shakshuka

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 4 gloves of garlic
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can black beans
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 5 eggs
- Feta
Directions
- Dice and sauté the onion
- Add the crushed garlic and spices. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the diced tomatoes and black beans. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Combine with the brown sugar, lemon juice, salt and red wine vinegar.
- Create 5 pockets and add the eggs. Sprinkle the Feta on top and cover until the eggs are cooked.
