Ingredients

  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 1/4 cup bread flour
  • 1/2 yogurt
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Combine yeast, sugar and warm water. Leave for 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, yogurt & salt. Knead for 5 minutes.
  3. Put the dough in a bowl and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 portions and roll flat using a rolling pin.
  5. Lightly oil a frying pan/skillet and heat on high. Place the dough on the skillet, when it puffs up flip. Repeat for the remainder of dough.
