Naan Bread

Ingredients
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 1/4 cup bread flour
- 1/2 yogurt
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Combine yeast, sugar and warm water. Leave for 10 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, yogurt & salt. Knead for 5 minutes.
- Put the dough in a bowl and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 8 portions and roll flat using a rolling pin.
- Lightly oil a frying pan/skillet and heat on high. Place the dough on the skillet, when it puffs up flip. Repeat for the remainder of dough.
