Avocado sauce

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 avacados
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 jalapeno
  • salt

Salsa

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 cup cilantro 
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 lime
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 jalapeno
  • salt
  • peper 

Tortilla

  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Juice the lime and blend ingredients together.

Salsa

  1. Juice the lime and blend ingredients together.

Tortilla

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and knead for 5 minutes
  2. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes
  3. Divide the dough into 8 balls. Roll each ball out until flat.
  4. Cook tortillas on medium heat in frying pan until lightly golden.
