Ingredients
Avocado sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 avacados
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 lime
- 1/2 jalapeno

Salsa
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 lime
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 jalapeno

Tortilla
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
Directions

- Juice the lime and blend ingredients together.
Salsa
- Juice the lime and blend ingredients together.
Tortilla
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and knead for 5 minutes
- Let the dough rest for 10 minutes
- Divide the dough into 8 balls. Roll each ball out until flat.
- Cook tortillas on medium heat in frying pan until lightly golden.
